Join us as Materials Supervisor at ZF Queretaro.   Position Summary Ensure the proper allocation of resources to meet the work plan, while overseeing route scheduling, personnel management, and indicator reporting.     What can you expect as a Materials Supervisor: Review and analyze arrival schedules in conjunction with the Traffic Department and ensure the timely supply of components. Review material requirements for each production plant. Verify that the necessary personnel are available to carry out the program for material receipt and supply to production plants. Manage the recording and closing of payroll and personnel-related incidents. Coordinate the scheduling and follow-up of weekly meetings with material planners. Validation of the correct completion of documentation for the material receiving area. Ensure recording and compliance on the receiving operations board. Raw material warehouse management. Identify and report operational incidents, findings, and issues in the warehouse or with work equipment that delay or prevent the fulfillment of the unloading and fulfillment plan. Management of daily inventory in warehouse locations and transit locations. Ensure the timely monitoring and recording of the QMS (Quality Management System). Ensure training for the staff in charge and completion of onboarding. Analysis of metrics: units unloaded, circuit rotations, circuit dwell times, and order fulfillment. Analysis of internal incidents—or those requested by customers—using Core Tools.   Your profile as a Materials Supervisor: +5 years of experience as Materials Supervisor. Previous experience in personnel management. Bachelor degree in engineering or related.
