The opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Transformation, we are hiring a Project Delivery Lead to lead the day-to-day delivery of ThinkWELL, WELL Health’s enterprise intelligence, analytics, and automation platform. ThinkWELL is a multi-year platform capability delivered through use cases that bring together business owners, data engineering, platform architecture, AI and application engineering, security and transformation partners. Each use case is a scoped delivery inside that enduring platform, and this role runs those deliveries end-to-end.
You will translate priorities into an integrated delivery plan, coordinate work across business, data, AI, and technology teams, and keep initiatives moving from build through business validation, launch, and value review. You will stay close to the work, challenge assumptions and unclear estimates, identify risks and dependencies early, and ensure teams have the decisions and plans they need to move forward. You will also coordinate releases, including UAT, launch readiness, training and communications, post go-live support, and value measurement.
This is a newly created, senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. It is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada.
Who you are
You are an experienced technology delivery professional who knows how to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, cross-functional work. Your background may be in technical project delivery, technology program delivery, agile delivery, or a combination of these. You have worked in an evolving environment where the structure and processes were still taking shape, and you know how to turn broad priorities into practical plans that people can execute against.
You are comfortable working across business and technical teams, asking the questions that uncover dependencies, challenge assumptions, and clarify what needs to happen next. You have enough familiarity with data, analytics, AI, and application delivery to understand how the pieces connect and confidently engage technical partners without needing to be the technical decision-maker.
You bring sound judgment and a strong sense of accountability. You stay close to the details, look for evidence behind reported progress, and recognize when something is beginning to move off track. When challenges arise, you can bring the right people together, clarify the options, recommend a path forward, and escalate when a decision is needed.
Most importantly, you are comfortable influencing without direct authority. You build trust across teams, communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders, and create the visibility and follow-through needed to move complex work from planning through release and into the hands of real users.
What's in it for you
Ownership and influence . ThinkWELL is WELL’s largest data and AI investment and the foundation for how the organization plans to use its clinical and operational data. You will have meaningful ownership over how work moves forward, influencing how priorities are sequenced, what evidence demonstrates completion, and when releases are ready to reach real users.
Enterprise-wide impact. You will work across business, data, AI, platform architecture, application engineering, security, and transformation teams to deliver use cases that turn ThinkWELL’s capabilities into practical outcomes. Your work will help move initiatives from ideas and priorities through execution, launch, and value measurement, giving you visibility into both the technology being built and how it is being used across the organization.
The opportunity to shape how delivery works. As WELL moves toward a Platform Operations model for ThinkWELL, you will help establish the structure, discipline, and ways of working that keep a complex, multi-year platform roadmap moving. You will have the opportunity to strengthen planning, release coordination, delivery visibility, and accountability while helping teams identify and resolve challenges before they become barriers to progress.
You will:
Drive integrated delivery planning. You will translate ThinkWELL priorities into a clear, integrated delivery plan and backlog across platform foundations and business use cases. You will maintain a rolling six-week view of owners, dependencies, target dates, and capacity assumptions, creating visibility into what is moving forward and what needs attention.
Keep delivery moving. You will run sprint planning, stand-ups, capacity and dependency reviews, demos, and retrospectives. You will keep monday.com current as the reliable source of delivery commitments and progress, ensuring teams have clarity on priorities, ownership, and next steps.
Create accountability. You will challenge unclear estimates, unsupported status updates, and stalled work, verifying completion against agreed acceptance evidence. When delivery moves off track, you will work with teams to establish a recovery plan or escalate early with a clear view of the impact, options, and recommended path forward.
Coordinate releases from validation through launch. You will bring business and technical owners together to prepare releases for real users, coordinating UAT and sign-off, launch cohorts, training and communications, cutover, support, and hypercare. You will help ensure each release is ready to launch and that early value can be measured.
Bring clarity to risks and decisions. You will maintain visibility into risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions, with clear owners and timelines. You will identify potential roadblocks early and bring the right people together to resolve them before they affect broader delivery.
Provide clear delivery insight to leadership. You will prepare concise reporting and Steering Committee materials for the Senior Director, providing visibility into completed work, forecast dates and confidence, capacity, risks, decisions, launch readiness, and early evidence of value.
Here's what you bring:
The delivery experience. You have experience leading complex, cross-functional technology or project delivery, whether your background is in technical project delivery, technology programs, PMO, agile delivery, consulting, or a related area. You know how to turn broad outcomes into practical, sequenced plans with clear ownership, dependencies, acceptance criteria, capacity considerations, and release forecasts.
The technical fluency. You have a working understanding of data, analytics, AI, and application delivery and can confidently engage with technical teams about dependencies, estimates, risks, and readiness. You know how to ask thoughtful questions, test assumptions, and dig deeper when the details do not support the plan.
The project management skills. You have experience running delivery cadences, maintaining project plans and delivery tools, and manag
