By partnering directly with Private Wealth Advisors, Regional Heads, and business leadership, this individual will act as a strategic consultant—coaching teams on business planning, organizational design, and operational excellence. Additionally, the Vice President will be instrumental in shaping the future of our talent pipeline by spearheading regional recruiting strategies and cultivating relationships with prospective advisor candidates.
