About the Role We are seeking a Senior AI Conversational Engineer  to develop next-generation AI-powered voice and digital assistants. This role extends beyond traditional chatbot development, focusing on the development of intelligent AI agents utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-powered voice and digital assistants using LLMs. Build intelligent conversational workflows, AI agents, and multi-step automations. Design effective prompts and optimize AI responses for quality and accuracy. Implement RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases. Develop Python-based components, tools, and API integrations using FastAPI. Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and databases. Evaluate and leverage frontier AI models to solve business problems. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Required Skills Core Technical Skills Strong Python programming (mandatory) REST APIs, JSON, Git Good understanding of software engineering best practices AI & Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI / AI Agents Model Context Protocol (MCP) Function/Tool Calling AI workflow orchestration Integrations & Workflows Enterprise API integrations Workflow design and automation Conversational AI concepts (Voice & Digital) Good to Have LangChain / LangGraph Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini FastAPI / Flask Ideal Candidate 5+ years of software development experience with strong Python expertise. Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or AI assistants. Strong problem-solving and system integration skills. Passion for emerging AI technologies and rapid learning.
