Manufacturing Engineer Specialist - HVAC

Manufacturing Engineer HVAC role is critical to ensuring manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth within the business unit. This position is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring production readiness, and supporting the successful introduction of new products and technologies. Through process design, line balancing, layout optimization, tooling implementation, and workforce training, the role directly impacts productivity, quality, and throughput. The position drives key business objectives by reducing manufacturing costs, improving First Pass Yield (FPY), minimizing scrap, optimizing labor utilization, and improving changeover performance. The engineer leads continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, standardized work, and Poka-Yoke methodologies to eliminate waste, increase process stability, and strengthen operational performance.
