Executive - Dyeing

Ensure dyeing recipes are executed accurately as per approved standards. Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, time, dosing, liquor ratio and chemical concentration . Ensure correct dosing of dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries. Identify process deviations and take timely corrective action. Support recipe optimization to improve right-first-time performance and reduce reprocessing.Execute daily dyeing plans as per production priorities and machine capacity. Monitor batch preparation, loading, dyeing, washing and unloading activities. Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines. Monitor machine utilization, batch time and production efficiency. Coordinate shift-wise activities to ensure smooth production flow. Experience: 36+ years Department: Ankur
