Expect to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment with freedom to experiment, learn, and grow.   Job Description Be 100% hands-on  in delivering high-impact analytics and insights across core business areas—including  monthly business reviews ,  decision boards, KPI performance assessment, impact measurement using advanced analytics and daily ad hoc analyses that drive global decisions.  Collaborate directly with  global stakeholders , especially with teams based in the  US , gaining real-world exposure to the  US pharma market, patient behavior analytics, and commercial strategy   Work on  advanced analytics and modelling techniques , including  predictive models, optimization frameworks , and  AI/ML-driven solutions  to support strategic brand, access, and patient support decisions  Dive deep into  patient-level analytical ready datasets (ARDs)  and base tables to uncover trends, answer complex business questions, and deliver  end-to-end insight storytelling —from data to decision  Connect with a  high - impact peer group  with backgrounds from  IITs, ISB, IIMs, BITS, NITs, and top global schools —and work in a culture that emphasizes peer learning, mentorship, and continuous upskilling  Innovate through the  freedom to ideate  and experiment with new approaches and tools - whether building scalable dashboards, designing causal inference models, or enhancing automation for enterprise analytics  Build with scalability in mind by following  enterprise standards for documentation, coding practices, and business rules , contributing to a growing ecosystem of re-usable analytics assets  Regularly interact with senior stakeholders to  present findings , discuss trade-offs, and refine hypotheses—gaining visibility and building communication skills early in your career  Embrace a  fast-paced, hybrid, and unbossed work environment  where curiosity, self-leadership, and collaboration are valued as much as technical skills.    Skills Desired
