Lead Assistant Manager

Responsible for end-to-end accounting activities including month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensures accurate books, compliance with accounting standards, timely close, variance analysis, and coordination with auditors and stakeholders. Supports process improvement and controls within the R2R cycle.
