Consint.ai also delivers intelligent document processing and compliance-ready hospital analytics to help healthcare organizations reduce costs, improve accuracy, and enhance care outcomes. **Role Description** As a Lead Data Scientist at Consint.ai, you will guide the end-to-end development of data-driven and AI-powered solutions for healthcare insurance and operations. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves designing experiments, building predictive and generative models, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deploy models into production systems. You will lead data exploration and feature engineering, evaluate and improve model performance, and translate complex findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring data science team members, establishing best practices, and contributing to the roadmap for products such as Risk.ai, DocInsight.ai, and CIPHR.ai. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with experience applying statistical methods and machine learning to real-world problems. - Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for large, complex datasets, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis. - Ability in Data Visualization to communicate insights clearly using tools such as Python visualization libraries, BI platforms, or dashboards. - Hands-on experience with Python or R, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Background in designing, building, and deploying models in production environments, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a data science team. - Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related discipline. - Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent document processing is a strong plus. email id:- bunty@consint.ai
