The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journeys, and functional or application designs. This position demands active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed align well with the business objectives and deliver measurable value. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a consultative approach to problem-solving in diverse environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose innovative approaches to address them. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE. - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices. - Ability to analyze complex systems and provide effective integration strategies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
