This role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating them into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application design to ensure that technology solutions align precisely with business requirements. The role demands active engagement with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to align integration strategies with overall business objectives to ensure cohesive solution delivery. - Facilitate communication and coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. - Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions to gather and validate business requirements. - Ability to document and communicate business processes and system integration points effectively. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirements management and traceability. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose practical solutions within integration projects.
