Your role will need you to partner with the global functional HCM teams, compliance, product and engineering teams to provide seamless support and experience in new hire onboarding, employee offboarding/ exit management, statutory and legal compliance, partner with HRBP to support all talent management processes of employee transfers, reorgs, year-end support for performance management and compensation activities. In this position you must demonstrate an understanding of HCM/ employee life cycle activities, ability to adapt to change in technology, operating model, work in a professional service environment that is driven by excellence and experience.
