Technical Support Operations Manager

The Technical Service Operations Manager (TSOM) leads Ford’s Technical Field Operations team across the Mid-Atlantic market, including the Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, N.C., regions. The TSOM recruits, develops, and leads assigned Technical Operation Leaders (TOLs) and Field Service Engineers (FSEs), while partnering with dealers to resolve escalated technical issues and strengthen service operations. Through timely support, targeted coaching, and strong internal and regional partnerships, the TSOM helps improve repair quality, Fix It Right the First Time performance, and shop efficiency—and builds a proactive field team focused on dealer success.
